You will see that the proposals include purpose built student accommodation for Fresh Student Living and 378sqm of commercial space in buildings between 9 and 17 storeys in height.
The developers were asking for feedback at the exhibition but the form is here also, to be submitted no later than 05 April 2017.
Stop Press! We understand that the Watkin Jones Group are holding a public consultation tomorrow regarding plans for redevelopment of the site adjacent 4-10 Forest Road (south side of Forest Road, next to Blackhorse Road station), ahead of a formal planning application.
We are told that the proposed redevelopment will comprise approximately 440 bed spaces of purpose-built student accommodation and commercial space at ground floor level.
The event takes place tomorrow (Wednesday 22 March 2017) at Gnome House (7 Blackhorse Lane) from 3.30 until 7pm.
