Hadley Property Group ate holding a public consultation event in relation to its amended plans for the South Grove car park site. Planning permission has been granted on this site for 473 new homes (including 97 affordable homes), a new linear park, new walking and cycling routes as well as flexible commercial space.
The amended plans will incorporate an extra 50 homes on the site, which Hadley says will provide an additional 86 affordable homes, increasing the overall number from 97 to 183 homes.
The public exhibition will take place on Thursday 9 March between 4pm – 8pm.
This will be held at The Mill, 7-11 Coppermill Lane, Walthamstow, London, E17 7HA.
