A planning application has been submitted by Legal & General for mixed use re-development of the site at Ferry Lane, near Blackhorse Lane station and on the edge of the reservoirs. We have downloaded some of the information from the WF website, below.
The scheme comprises 440 homes and 2069sqm of commercial /community floorspace in five buildings from 2 to 16 storeys, with landscaped public space access off Forest Road and the reservoirs.
